Fire protection is the discipline where design mistakes cost the most. MEP Trade designs complete fire protection systems — suppression, detection, alarm and smoke control — as an integrated part of the building's MEP design, compliant with Georgian technical regulations and international practice (NFPA, EN).

What a fire protection design package includes:

• Automatic sprinkler systems — hydraulic calculations, zoning, pump station and reservoir sizing;
• Internal and external hydrant networks — fire cabinets, risers, site mains;
• Fire alarm & detection — smoke and heat detection, addressable panels, voice evacuation, interfaces to BMS, lifts and access control;
• Smoke extraction and pressurisation — stair and lobby pressurisation, smoke exhaust from corridors, atria and parking levels;
• Passive protection — fire compartmentation, fire-rated penetrations and damper schedules;
• Documentation — permit-stage and tender-grade drawings, specifications and bills of quantities, plus author supervision on site.
