HVAC design —
heating, cooling &
air conditioning.
HVAC is usually the largest, most energy-hungry system in a building — and the one occupants feel every minute. MEP Trade designs heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems that hold comfort quietly and efficiently, sized from real load calculations rather than rules of thumb.
What an HVAC design package includes:
- Heating and cooling load calculations — room-by-room, based on envelope, occupancy and climate data;
- System selection — chillers, heat pumps, VRF/VRV, boiler plants, radiant and underfloor heating, fan-coils and air-handling units, compared on capital and running cost;
- Distribution design — ductwork routing, hydronic networks, pump sizing, insulation and acoustic control;
- Zoning and controls — thermostatic zones, demand-controlled ventilation, BMS integration;
- Energy efficiency — heat recovery, free cooling, equipment staging strategies;
- Documentation — permit and tender-grade drawings, equipment schedules, specifications and bills of quantities.
Our HVAC portfolio spans hotels (Hilton Batumi, Radisson, Paragraph Shekvetili), Tbilisi Mall, hospitals, offices and residential complexes — see the projects. HVAC is coordinated in one BIM model with electrical, plumbing and fire protection, so plant rooms, risers and ceiling voids are resolved before construction starts.
