Office Manager

Misheli is looking for a motivated Office Manager. This position is offered on a full-time basis in Tbilisi.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
** Daily project administration
** Collect and consolidate relevant and structured information and documentation, prepare management presentations and preliminary analysis (e.g. quarterly reporting) and retrieve
standard agreements.
** Translate and/or summarize correspondence, documents and position papers in English and Georgian (Russian or other languages are an advantage).
** Organize the departmental work: co-ordinate the organization of various internal and external meetings, assemble appropriate material for the meetings and conferences, manage the diary of the managing director, arrange appointments, travel and accommodation for the managing director and follow-up on different tasks and action items.
** Generate replies for and on behalf of the managing director and ensure contact/update on urgent issues is maintained during his absence.
Profile:
** University or College degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or similar;
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Georgian. (knowledge of Russian is preferable);
** Familiarity with MsWord, MsExcel, MsPowerPoint, and MsProject;
** Knowledge of IFI procedures and FIDIC standards is anadvantage
** Strong organizational talent. Attention to detail. Stress resistant.
** minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
